Order status
Payment is completed securely at checkout. Once your payment goes through, your receipt and order number are emailed to you automatically.
Your receipt
Check the inbox of the email address you used at checkout for your order confirmation and order number. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or email orders@lightgear.store and we'll look it up for you.
Track your parcel
We dispatch within 1–2 business days. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Questions about an order? Email orders@lightgear.store with your order number.
